September 2010: Okamoto Optics announced the installation of a 3-meter stitching capability for testing large stage mirrors. This system, allows us to conduct high-resolution interferometry on very large optics such as the 3-meter stage mirrors we manufacture for the LCD lithography industry. The software was provided by MBO-Metrology (Paris, France) and the system integration was completed internally with Aperture Optical Sciences Inc. (USA).
